2. Description of Service
Invocile ERP provides a cloud-based invoicing and business management platform that allows users to create invoices, manage clients, track payments, and organize their business operations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the Service, including client information and invoice details.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Invocile, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invocile and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
